Yes. Immigration requires a leased, dedicated office space. Virtual offices and co-working memberships are not accepted for the Business Manager Visa.

You don't need to personally speak Japanese — but your business does. Banking, tax, immigration follow-ups, and most official correspondence happen in Japanese, so you'll need at least one staff member at N2 or above on the team. If you don't have that person yet, we can help you find them.
